Why we're here
Arlata exists to take the busywork out of school food procurement. Districts and cooperatives spend too many hours on required paperwork and product data, and we want to let them instead focus on feeding students.
We're a small team with deep roots in K-12 school nutrition technology. We've spent years understanding how school nutrition teams source products and prepare and serve meals, and we're building the infrastructure to make that easier.
